Farinu Emmanuel Olusegun is the Chief Executive Officer of Standout Insurance Brokers Limited and he began his working career as a civil servant with Federal Department of Agriculture, Ibadan as Senior Clerk between1978-1980. Joined Central School Board, Ibadan in 1982 and left to join TransNigeria Assurance Co. Ltd in 1985. He was in Trans Assurance for (8 years) between 1985 to l993, where he served in various departments and left as Assistant Manager Underwriting before he was invited to SUN Insurance Nigeria Plc as a DeputyManager Reinsurance & Claims Department in February1993. In December of the same year, the young Farinu was invited for an interview at the NATIONAL INSURANCE COMMISSION, WUZE ZONE 5, Abuja and got employed in January 1994 as aSenior Manager (Technical). Farinu served the Commission in various capacitybetween 1994 to the year 2019, where he retired as Deputy Director/Head Lagos Control office. He did months of tutelage thereafter at different Broking firms to understand fully the business aspect of Insurance Brokerage before founding SIB with other Insurance professionals. Farinu is a Pastor, a farmer and an insurance Broker/Adviser.
